Health Match BC Health Match BC approached Baseline to design two custom, interactive online email news blasts pointed to their web site for download of a complete eNewsletter, promoting international health recruitment to B.C. for medical practitioners. Baseline provided a number of alternative concepts for the look and feel, designed a comprehensive, programmed back-end administrative tool – enabling HMBC to internally generate future editions – which on completion generates PDF files for download from the web site.
